? ?2. Safety operation rules

1. Workers have to be trained and tested OK then can work.
2. Before operation with rebar, first running the machine 2-3mins without processing, if it is running normally the process.
3. The feeding head of machine should be plain and straight.
4. Before processing the rebar, the machine should be reset and then process

to ensure the same processing.
5. The processing rebar can not have the transverse cracks, when the equipment break down, the operation should be eliminated timely.
6. Oil should be 68# hydraulic oil.
7. Workers should obey the safety rules
